The Banking Establishment of London City

• This is a story of the subversion and ultimate destruction of constitutional, republican government in the United States by a tiny, powerful group of privileged international financiers based in London City.
  
  
  • London City is also commonly referred to as City of London, the City, or the Square Mile (based on its area, which is actually 677 acres). It is one of the 33 boroughs that make up London.
  • London City is never refer to simply as London.

  • The size of the City was originally constrained by a defensive perimeter wall, known as "London Wall", that was built by the Romans to protect their strategic port city. The current boundaries of London City are no longer completely within the old London Wall, however.
  • Although the City was synonymous with London for many centuries, today the term "London" is reserved for the urban sprawl that surrounds the City.
  • The City forms the historic and financial center of London, and has a nighttime population of only 7,000.
  • The City is administered by the Corporation of London, headed by the Lord Mayor of London (confusingly, this post is separate from the Mayor of London itself, which would be the person you would normally think of as being - well - the "mayor" of London).
  • The City has a unique electoral system which does not follow the usual rules of democracy, allowing businessmen a vote and arranging voters in wards with very unequal numbers of voters.
  • The City maintains its own, independent police force, numbering roughly 1,200. Compare this figure to the City's population of 7,000.

  • The City also has two independent enclaves contained within it, which is to say, two enclaves which are not under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of London: the Inner Temple and the Middle Temple.
  • Both structures date back to the 14th century when they were used by the Knights Templar as their base of operations for London.
  • Today the Inner Temple and Middle Temple serve (more or less) as hyper-elite law schools for the English upper crust.
  • London City is home to many famous landmarks, including St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London and the (infamous) Bank of England.

  • The Bank of England sits smack in the middle of London City.
  • Since it was first chartered in 1694, the Bank has served as the "effective" seat of government in the United Kingdom.
  • London City is also home to Blackfriar's Bridge, where in 1982 Italian banker Roberto Calvi ("God's banker") was found dead.
  
  
• The Temple Bar also appears to be the place of some ritual significance for British imperialists. For instance, from the Stamp Act in 1764 to the Declaration of Independence in 1776, Sam Adams was one of the foremost revolutionaries in the American Colonies. General Gage was given orders to capture Sam Adams and send him to London, where it was predicted that his (Adams') head would adorn the Temple Bar.
• Story concerning the Corn Laws:
  • Following a severe London banking panic in 1857, the City of London banking establishment, including the directors of the Bank of England, resolved on a novel device intended to prevent future outflows of gold from London banks.
  • The Panic of 1857 had resulted from a foreign run on the international gold reserves held by the Bank of England. The run collapsed bank credit in the City and across the country. In response to the crisis, the English authorities devised a policy which resulted in a simple, if dangerous, evolution of central bank practice.
  • The Bank of England, a private holding controlled not by the Government at the time, but rather by the financial interests of the City, realized that if it merely raised its central bank discount or interest rate to a sufficiently high level, relative to rates in competing trading countries, which might be draining Britain's gold reserves at any time, then the drain would cease, and, if rates were driven sufficiently high, gold would eventually flow back into the banks of the City of London from Berlin, New York, Paris, or Moscow.
  • This interest rate policy was a powerful weapon in central banking, which gave the Bank of England a decisive advantage over rivals. No matter that the usuriously high interest rates created devastating depressions in British manufacture or agriculture.
  • The dominant faction in British economic policy, increasingly after the 1846 Corn Laws repeal, was not industry or agriculture, but finance and international trade. In order to ensure the supremacy of British international banking, those bankers were willing to sacrifice domestic industry and investment, much as happened in the United States after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in the 1960's.
  • The consequences of this new Bank of England interest rate policy for British industry came home with a vengeance when the Great Depression hit Britain in 1873, and lasted until 1896. Beginning with a financial crisis in the English banking world, as the pyramid of foreign lending for railway construction to the Americas, North and South, collapsed, the British Empire entered what was then called The Great Depression.
  • Reflecting the rising unemployment and industrial bankruptcies of that depression, British prices collapsed by almost 50% in nominal terms, in an unbroken fall from 1873 to 1896. Unemployment became widespread.
• Prominent (treasonous) names in banking: Morgan, Barings, Hambros and Rothschild.

• The City of London always has been and will always be the deadliest, most serious threat facing the American Republic.

Oxford's John Ruskin and the Fabian Socialists

• Ruskin was the inspiration for groups like the Milner Group (aka Round Table Group); He also trained Cecil Rhodes;
• U.S. exports were penetrating into the British colonies and "Americanizing" them, something that British didn't want:Germany and Russia were coming on strong; (Rusian war of 1907); Britian would be finished if they allied, and Britain was threatened by them anyway; best to wear those countries out by war, if possible.

The Open Conspiracy

It is the permanent promise held out by every ruling power to keep the people looking upward for protection, instead of to themselves for liberation from the need for protection. [source]

• Is the process of globalization, whereby national economies and national sovereignty is slowly taken over by NGOs, a purely ad hoc process? Or does it operate according to a plan? Does the Establishment "call the shots" vis-a-vis an unseen, "shadow" government?
• This section will bring light to bear on a wide body of evidence concerning the existence of a ruling "Establishment" in the United States, and the influence of this Establishment on government.
  
  
  • The phrase "conspiracy theory" is often brought up when discussing the shadow government.
  • In reality, this phrase is at best only partially apropos; after all, a conspiracy by definition must carried out in secret.
  • Although the shadow government may have started out as a secret conspiracy, at this late date in history (2004) its existence and the actions it undertakes is anything but a closely held secret.
  • Examples of global governance that can be gleaned from the UN Web site (hardly a "secret") include:
    
    
    • An International Criminal Court (ICC);
    • A global system of taxation;
    • Global redistribution of wealth and income;
    • A global approach to AIDS, already the most politicized disease in human history;
    • International public education;
    • International minimum wage;

  • This is just a sample; there is much more. Nevertheless, it is clear that the UN is calling for socialism on a global scale.

H.G. Wells - together with Bertrand Russell, Wells played an active role in establishing world government.

• One prominent Establishment Insider who likewise saw no need to keep the "conspiracy" a secret was H.G. Wells (1866-1946):
  
  
  • Wells studied biology under T.H. Huxley, also known as "Darwin's Bulldog" for his aggressive support of Charles Darwin's theory of natural selection. Wells would also later collaborate with Julian Huxley, the grandson of T.H. Huxley.
  • Julian Huxley went on to be the first head of UNESCO and a leading spokesman for the eugenics movement.
  • Aldous Huxley, author of Brave New World, was Julian's brother.
  • Wells was a prominent Fabian Socialist, although he was a socialist long before joining the group. He later broke with the group after quarrelling with George Bernard Shaw (the group's leader).
  • Wells' dispute with the Fabians formed the basis of his novel The New Machiavelli (1911), where he drew portraits of noted Fabians.
  • Wells coined the term "War to End All Wars" to describe WWI.
  • He was also the first to coin the term "New World Order".
  • His works were also published in The New Republic (an American journal), which at the time was edited by Walter Lippman.
  • Wells wrote over a hundred books, about 50 of them novels.
  • His most famous fictional work is undoubtedly War of the Worlds, made famous by Orson Welles' radio broadcast on Oct 30, 1938. The Invisble Man and The Time Machine are other famous fictional works.
  • Wells prophesized that a Second World War would break out in 1940. He was only 3 months off..
    
    
• Anticipations is what pulled Wells into the Fabian Society -- Beatrice Webb read it in 1901 and found it to be "great".
• In 1928 Wells published The Open Conspiracy (subtitled "Blueprint for a World Revolution"). The book was regarded by Wells as his "finished statement" on the way the world should be governed.
• Arnold J. Tonybee (mentioned above) thought favorably of the book, as did Bertrand Russell.
• Open Conspiracy provides a comprehensive outline of socialist goals for the New World Order:
  
  
  • The world is at a "crisis" point in history.
  • A "global movement" of men and women is required to lead the world out of the "jungle" of nation states, and into a new world government.
  • Calls for a revolution in education.
  • Calls for a revolution in religion .
  • Stresses the importance of technology.
  • Points out how to overcome resistence to NWO.
  • Stresses the importance of propaganda.
  • Defines the role of the family in the NWO.
  • Regionalism is key.
  • Advocates dictatorship - power concentrated in the executive.
  • Choices presented to the are limited to candidates selected by political Establishment.
  • Outward trappings of democracy are retained, but power is entirely taken away.
  • H.G. Wells: "good scientifically caused pain" will be used to control populations;
  
  
• Wells wrote a number of other books dealing with world government, including Anticipations (1901), Future in America (1906), The World Set Free (1913), After Democracy (1932), The Shape of Things to Come (1933), and The New World Order (1939).
• World Set Free is suspicious, as its seems to predict the WWI.
• Wells also predicts atomic bombs, which perhaps seems a bit suspicious.
• "Crime and bad lives are the measure of a State's failure, all crime in the end is the crime of teh community"; but if people are so much a product of the state that even their crimes are not their fault, why attach any value to them at all, and why keep them alive at great expsnse?
• "The World of William Clissold" -- he talks about the takeover of the world by multinational corporations;
• In one of these works (After Democracy), Wells outlines the central banker's nirvana of a single global currency. In this book, he imagines himself as a World Dictator:

• In another work (The Shape of Things to Come), Wells imagines - somewhat prophetically, perhaps - that the "New World Order" will be ushered in at the end of the 20th century as a consequence of events occuring in Basra, Iraq.

  • Wells was a major supporter of World Government following Versailles.

  Vladimir Lenin with H.G. Wells - Wells met with Vladimir Lenin on a trip to Russia in 1920, and later wrote a book about his experiences.

  
  
  • Wells was a major supporter of Vladimir Lenin.
  • Wells traveled in Russia for two weeks in Sept 1920 and reported on it in a book called "Russia in the Shadows".
  • History has created a perception that Wells was opposed to Soviet Communism, when in reality it was Stalinism that he rejected. Wells was a strong supporter of Trotsky, and Wells' Internationalism is really Trotskyism in disguise.
  • Wells worked closely with the American Walter Lippman.
  • Franklin Roosevelt followed Wells closely and a was a big admirer of Wells' works:
  • Dec 4, 1933 wrote a letter to Wells: "I have read, with much pleasure and profit, almost everything that you have written.. You are doing much to educate people everywhere, and for that I am grateful".
  • On Feb 13, 1935, Roosevelt wrote Wells: "How do you manageto retain such extraordinary clear judgements? .. I believe our (New Deal) biggest success is making people think during these past two years. They may not think straight but they are thinking in the right direction -- and your direction and mine are not so far apart."

Senator George W. Malone (R-NV) (1947-1959) warned that “a pincers movement is now in operation both on the domestic and on the international scene, and … evidence shows that this movement bodes no good for us”. One claw was political, involving the steady entanglement of our nation in international alliances and multilateral bodies such as the U.N. He also stated that through a series of crucial decisions stealthily undertaken by a “combination” within our government, “a basic segment of the sovereign power of the people of the United States was removed from them and absorbed into the American executive”. Interestingly, in 1934 Congress passed the Trade Agreement Act of 1934, which yielded to the president the power to control our nation’s trade policy, thus allowing the executive branch to surrender that authority to foreign bureaucrats. Why is this important?

Fabians take their name from a Roman general whose motto (Fabius) who motto was "slow but sure"; (Wells was the inventor of the word "technocracy" - although Brzezinski would popularize the term the 1970s) -- the rule of a scientific elite;

• As we have seen, the Establishment cherishes secrecy. Moverover, as Toynbee has indicated, the Establishment is all the time denying with its lips what it is doing with its hands.
  
  
  • The goal of this section is therefore to establish - beyond a reasonable doubt - the existence of a ruling "Establishment" in the United States and their influence in government.
  • Without such proof, none of the information that follows will make much sense or be taken very seriously.
  
  
• A number of scholarly works have traced the history of the Establishment and the "secret" government (both in the U.S., and internationally) throughout the 20th century.
  
  
  • Carroll Quigley devotes over 1,200 pages to the Establishment in his landmark book Tragedy and Hope.
  • Quigley taught history at Princeton and Harvard before settling down at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown, where he instructed, among other people, future U.S. President Bill Clinton.
  • Quigley's earlier work, Anglo-American Establishment, also provides a penetrating look into the workings of the Establishment.
  • The New Unhappy Lords by A.K. Chesterton examines the close links between international capitalism and international communism, something we will examine much more closely in this book.

• In the first place, what really is the Establishment?
  

• Like any group, the Establishment has rules.
  
  
  • It would seem the First Rule about the Establishment is that you don't talk about the Establishment.
  • The Second Rule of the Establishment is, you don't talk about the Establishment.
  • The Third Rule of the Establishment is, you don't work to uphold the Constitution of the United States, but rather you undermine it so that a few privileged elites may benefit at the expense of the many.
  
  
• What exactly is the Establishment trying to accomplish?

• In other words, the Establishment strives to impose Marxism, socialism, Communism and collectivism is any and every form upon America.
• Jenner moreover indicates that the most important thing to understand about the Establishment is not its ideology (which is decidedly socialist, if not outright Communist), but rather its organization:
  
  
  • It is secretive, aggressive, subversive and decidedly "extremist".
  • Its ideology can best be described as "collectivist", and it seeks to impose a One Party political dictatorship in the United States
  • (To some extent, this has already occurred).
  • The Establishment operates well above the presidency. Jenner suggests that the Establishment may (ironically, through completely "legal" means) operate entirely outside any bounds laid done by the President or Congress or the court system.
  • Most onimously, Jenner warns that it may be impossible to remove the Establishment from power.
  
  
• What might such a dictatorship look like in America?
• Former World Federalist Association (WFA) head Cord Meyers, Jr., who would go on to become a senior CIA official, wrote in his 1947 book Peace or Anarchy that the Cold War required "total preparedness", which meant:

• One could argue that to a greater or lesser extent, much of this has already been accomplished today (2004). (Note: today the WFA is known as Citizens for Global Solutions).
• Who stands to gain by organizing such a revolution in the United States?
• John F. Hylan, former Mayor of New York City, had some ideas:

• In 1952, Congressman Eugene E. Cox headed up a Congressional investigation of the Rockefellers, and how the foundations they own and control operate.
  
  
  • Cox's committee ran into stiff opposition at every corner.
  • Cox soon became ill and died suddenly.
  
  
• One member of Cox's Committee, Congressman Carroll Reece and his general counsel Rene Wormser, continued the investigation.
  
  
  • Reece discovered that the Council on Foreign Relations had become "in essence an agency of the U.S. government... carrying its internationalist bias with it."
  • He also discovered that tax-exempt foundations like the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations were transforming education to support socialist goals, supporting the UN and supplying foreign aid to promote a new world order.
  
  
• A closer look at Rockefeller-funded organizations is probably in order. The Trilateral Commision was founded by David Rockefeller in 1973. Zbigniew Brzezinski served as the TC's first executive director.

• Strange words indeed for the man who would go on to serve as National Security Advisor under President James Earl Carter.
  
  
  • Of course, Brzezinski's comments were music to David Rockefeller's ears, who hired Brzezinski to run the Trilateral Commission after reading Brzezinski's 1970 book Between Two Ages.
  • In addition to praising socialism, Brzezinski's book suggested the U.S. is becoming obsolete and therefore needs to join a one world government.
  • Brzezinski also recommended that the U.S. Constitution be radically re-written (or scraped altogether).
  
  
• Brzezinski had a few more bizarre things to say on behalf of the TC:

• Doesn't sound like the kind of thing Thomas Paine or James Madison would be thrilled to hear.
• The lethal danger that technocrats like Zbigniew Brzezinksi pose to political democracy and civil liberties has not gone unnoticed. Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl, a former German Defense Ministry official and advisor to former NATO Secretary General Manfred Werner has warned recently that:

There are two Crowns operant in England, one being Queen Elizabeth II. Although extremely wealthy, the Queen functions largely in a ceremonial capacity and serves to deflect attention away from the other Crown, who issues her marching orders through their control of the English Parliament. This other Crown is comprised of a committee of 12 banks headed by the Bank of England (House of Rothschild). They rule the world from the 677-acre, independent sovereign state know as The City of London, or simply 'The City.' The City is not a part of England, just as Washington is not a part of the USA. The City is referred to as the wealthiest square mile on earth and is presided over by a Lord Mayor who is appointed annually. When the Queen wishes to conduct business within the City, she is met by the Lord Mayor at Temple (Templar) Bar where she requests permission to enter this private, sovereign state. She then proceeds into the City walking several paces behind the Mayor. Her entourage may not be clothed in anything other than service uniforms. In the nineteenth century, 90% of the world's trade was carried by British ships controlled by the Crown. The other 10% of ships had to pay commissions to the Crown simply for the privilege of using the world's oceans. The Crown reaped billions in profits while operating under the protection of the British armed forces. This was not British commerce or British wealth, but the Crown's commerce and the Crown's wealth. As of 1850, author Frederick Morton estimated the Rothschild fortune to be in excess of $10 billion. Today, the bonded indebtedness of the world is held by the Crown. The aforementioned Temple Bar is the juristic arm of the Crown and holds an exclusive monopoly on global legal fraud through their Bar Association franchises. The Temple Bar is comprised of four Inns of Court. They are; the Middle Temple, Inner Temple, Lincoln's Inn and Gray's Inn. The entry point to these closed secret societies is only to be found when one is called to their Bar. The Bar attorneys in the United States owe their allegiance and pledge their oaths to the Crown. All Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the International Bar Association located at the Inns of Court of the Crown Temple. The Inner Temple holds the legal system franchise by license that bleeds Canada and Great Britain white, while the Middle Temple has license to steal from America. To have the Declaration of Independence recognized internationally, Middle Templar King George III agreed in the Treaty of Paris of 1783 to establish the legal Crown entity of the incorporated United States, referred to internally as the Crown Temple States (Colonies). States spelled with a capital letter 'S,' denotes a legal entity of the Crown. At least five Templar Bar Attorneys under solemn oath to the Crown, signed the American Declaration of Independence. This means that both parties were agents of the Crown. There is no lawful effect when a party signs as both the first and second parties. The Declaration was simply an internal memo circulating among private members of the Crown. Most Americans believe that they own their own land, but they have merely purchased real estate by contract. Upon fulfillment of the contract, control of the land is transferred by Warranty Deed. The Warranty Deed is only a 'color of title.' Color of Title is a semblance or appearance of title, but not title in fact or in law. The Warranty Deed cannot stand against the Land Patent. The Crown was granted Land Patents in North America by the King of England. Colonials rebelled at the usurious Crown taxes, and thus the Declaration of Independence was created to pacify the poplulace. Another ruse used to hoodwink natural persons is by enfranchisement. Those cards in your wallet bearing your name spelled in all capital letters means that you have been enfranchised and have the status of a corporation. A 'juristic personality' has been created, and you have entered into multi-variant agreements that place you in an equity relationship with the Crown. These invisible contracts include, birth certificates, citizenship records, employment agreements, driver's licenses and bank accounts. It is perhaps helpful to note here that contracts do not now, nor have they ever had to be stated in writing in order to be enforceable by American judges. If it is written down, it is merely a written statement of the contract. Tax protestors and (the coming) draft resistors trying to renounce the parts of these contracts that they now disagree with will not profit by resorting to tort law (fairness) arguments as justification. Judges will reject these lines of defense as they have no bearing on contract law jurisprudence. Tort law governs grievances where no contract law is in effect. These private agreements/contracts that bind us will always overrule the broad general clauses of the Constitution and Bill of Rights (the Constitution being essentially a renamed enactment of English common law). The Bill of Rights is viewed by the Crown as a 'bill of benefits,' conferred on us by them in anticipation of reciprocity (taxes). Protestors and resistors will also lose their cases by boasting of citizenship status. Citizenship is another equity agreement that we have with the Crown. And this is the very juristic contract that Federal judges will use to incarcerate them. In the words of former Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter, "Equity is brutal, but we are merely enforcing agreements." The balance of Title 42, section 1981 of the Civil Rights Code states, " .citizens shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind" What we view as citizenship, the Crown views as a juristic enrichment instrumentality. It also should be borne in mind that even cursory circulation or commercial use of Federal Reserve Notes effects an attachment of liability for the payment of the Crown's debt to the FED. This is measured by your taxable income. And to facilitate future asset-stripping, the end of the 14th amendment includes a state of debt hypothecation of the United States, wherein all enfranchised persons (that's you) can be held personally liable for the Crown's debt. The Crown views our participation in these contracts of commercial equity as being voluntary and that any gain accrued is taxable, as the gain wouldn't have been possible were in not for the Crown. They view the system of interstate banks as their own property. Any profit or gain experienced by anyone with a bank account (or loan, mortgage or credit card) carries with it - as an operation of law - the identical same full force and effect as if the Crown had created the gain. Bank accounts fall outside the umbrella of Fourth Amendment protection because a commercial contract is in effect and the Bill of Rights cannot be held to interfere with the execution of commercial contracts. The Crown also views bank account records as their own private property, pursuant to the bank contract that each of us signed and that none of us ever read. The rare individual who actually reads the bank contract will find that they agreed to be bound by Title 26 and under section 7202 agreed not to disseminate any fraudulent tax advice. This written contract with the Crown also acknowledges that bank notes are taxable instruments of commerce. When we initially opened a bank account, another juristic personality was created. It is this personality (income and assets) that IRS agents are excising back to the Crown through taxation. A lot of ink is being spilled currently over Social Security. Possession of a Social Security Number is known in the Crown's lex as 'conclusive evidence' of our having accepted federal commercial benefits. This is another example of an equity relationship with the Crown. Presenting one's Social Security Number to an employer seals our status as taxpayers, and gives rise to liability for a reciprocal quid pro quo payment of taxes to the Crown. Through the Social Security Number we are accepting future retirement endowment benefits. Social Security is a strange animal. If you die, your spouse gets nothing, but rather, what would have gone to you is divided (forfeited) among other premium payers who haven't died yet. But the Crown views failure to reciprocate in any of these equity attachments as an act of defilement and will proceed against us with all due prejudice. For a person to escape the tentacles of the Crown octopus, a thorough going study of American jurisprudence is required. One would have to be deemed a 'stranger to the public trust,' forfeit all enfranchisement benefits and close all bank accounts, among other things. Citizenship would have to be made null and forfeit and the status of 'denizen' enacted. If there are any persons extant who have passed through this fire, I would certainly appreciate hearing from them
